Qatar Host of World Cup 2022

Qatar's Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani was in attendance in Zurich, and he thanked Fifa for "believing in change".

"We have worked very hard over past two years to get to this point," Al-Thani continued. "Today we celebrate, but tomorrow, the work begins.

"We acknowledge there is a lot of work for us to do, but we also stand by our promise that we will deliver."

BBC Sport - Football - Russia & Qatar will host the 2018 and 2022 World Cups

Thank you Qatar for reminding us that dreams do come true. I remember my many visits to Doha and watching in disbelief the ads for hosting the World Cup. I thought they were dreaming.. and they were.. only that they dared to make it true. I hope the rest of the region catches some of the inspiration and dare to change for better. It does not have to be big dreams.. little change can make big difference.

Nationalism vs Religion

Their greatest legacy may be on the Arab-Israeli conflict, in which both Israel and its Islamist opponents have inexorably moved away from a struggle between competing nationalisms and toward a historic clash of religions — more messianic, more grounded in identities as Muslims and Jews and, in that, more dangerous. Bringing the sacred into the debate makes compromise altogether more difficult. Jewish fundamentalism against Islamic fundamentalism, Mr. Khoury called it: “That is a sign of catastrophe, and this is the situation we’re in now.”

In the Mideast, No Politics but God’s - NYTimes.com

Nationalism is losing out in both camps (Arab and Israeli) to religious movements. A sign of the times.

Children Theater in Kuwait

I remember visiting the theater as a child. It was quite an experience back then. Something to look forward to, especially during Eid. The local children theater was very good and constructive unlike nowadays. But some positive signs emerge.

I just read a newspaper review about a new play that is very promising. It is in the classical Arabic language. It proved to be very entertaining, constructive and educational. A welcome change back to the good old days!

The Many Faces of Islam

Most of us are perfectly capable of making distinctions within the Christian world. The fact that someone is a Boston Roman Catholic doesn’t mean he’s in league with Irish Republican Army bomb makers, just as not all Orthodox Christians have ties to Serbian war criminals or Southern Baptists to the murderers of abortion doctors.

Yet many of our leaders have a tendency to see the Islamic world as a single, terrifying monolith. Had the George W. Bush administration been more aware of the irreconcilable differences between the Salafist jihadists of Al Qaeda and the secular Baathists of Saddam Hussein’s Iraq, the United States might never have blundered into a disastrous war, and instead kept its focus on rebuilding post-Taliban Afghanistan while the hearts and minds of the Afghans were still open to persuasion.

Can We Learn from This?

US President Barack Obama has staunchly defended controversial plans to build a mosque near Ground Zero in New York.

Opponents have protested against the construction of an Islamic cultural centre and mosque several hundred feet away from the site of the Twin Towers.

Mr Obama acknowledged "sensitivities" surround the 9/11 site, but said Muslims have the same right to practise their religion "as anyone else".

"Our commitment to religious freedom must be unshakeable," Mr Obama said.

BBC News - Obama defends right to build mosque near 9/11 site

Can our Members of Parliament learn from this?! I remember a while ago when certain MPs raised hell on non Muslims celebrating their religious occasions in Kuwait. Let's not take as example countries that infringe on Muslims' freedom (France with banning the headscarves and Switzerland banning minarets for example). Let's look at the bright examples of religious freedom and welcome people to practice their religion here, the same way Muslims (citizens or not) are welcomed to practice their religion abroad.

What Arabs Need

In the past few centuries the Arabs, once pre-eminent in a host of skills, from astronomy and algebra to architecture and engineering, have seen their societies stagnate and fester. Though blessed with natural resources, especially the oil that has enriched Arab dynasties and their subservient elites while often leaving the masses in penury, few Arab countries have seen their non-oil economies flourish or their people enjoy the public services or freedoms taken for granted elsewhere.

Arab autocracy: Thank you and goodbye | The Economist

Democracy is not strictly holding elections. Even though it is a step forward, holding elections on their own do not build a democratic society. This can be seen clearly in Kuwait where in the past few years parliament has been more an obstacle to progress than help. What's required as stated in The Economist article:

Elections, though vital in the end, are not an early panacea. What
the Arabs need most, in a hurry, is the rule of law, independent courts,
freeish media, women’s and workers’ rights, a market that is not
confined to the ruler’s friends, and a professional civil service and
education system that are not in hock to the government, whether under a
king or a republic. In other words, they need to nurture civil society
and robust institutions. The first task of a new Saudi king should be to
enact a proper criminal code.

In the Arab lexicon, the concept of justice means more than
democracy. In the end, you cannot have the first without the second. But
the systems that now prevail in the Arab world provide for neither.

Christianity

After reading the book Azazil by Youssef Zeidan, which revolves around the history of Christianity and created much controversy, I fired some question to my "history mentor" Jacques soliciting his valuable contribution. Jacques did not disappoint. I copy his response here and his invitation for further discussion.

<blockquote>First the word <font color='#ff0000'><big><b>"Christ"</b></big></font>; Many <br />people believe this is the "last name" of Jesus: Jesus Christ like Jacques <br />Leblanc !!! This is totally wrong. There are historical evidences of the <br />existence of a man known at the time as Jesus of Nazareth, named from the place <br />where he used to live his childhood. In his days, he was described as a prophet, <br />or as a philosopher or as a political activist.  "Christ" is a greek word <br />meaning "anointed". It was not used by Jesus himself (he spoke only aramean) nor <br />by any one around him. It was introduced by the church as a greek translation of <br />the hebrew "mashiah" (anointed). As a non-believer, I prefer to call him Jesus <br />of Nazareth.<br/><br/><big><b><font color='#ff0000'>Whether Mary was the mother of Jesus <br />of Nazareth</font></b></big> is generally accepted, but whether she was <br /><b><big><font color='#ff0000'>the mother of God</font></big></b> is another piece <br />of cake !!! It immediately raises a question that was hotly disputed for <br />centuries: the nature of Jesus, whether human or godly or both. This question <br />today leaves most people entirely indifferent but the people of the first five <br />centuries AD became wildly impassioned with it.<br/><br/>Upon Jesus's death around 30 <br />AD some followers gathered together around two main beliefs: 1)Jesus was the <br />Messiah announced by the some of the prophets in the Bible and 2)Jesus came back <br />into life on the third day after he was put to death by the romans authorities <br />in Jerusalem. Those followers were not anything more than a sect among Judaism. <br />The turn was the result of Paul (or Saul) deciding to use the teaching of this <br />sect and preach it to the Gentiles. He was a jew but held an office in the roman <br />administration that was ruling the whole Mediterranean area.As a public officer <br />in the eastern part of the Roman Empire, he was using greek as his daily <br />language. The oldest christian writings we have are letters he wrote around 50 <br />AD. Christianity could just as well have been called Paulinity since it is his <br />preaching which took this teaching beyond the limits of the jewish community. <br/><br/>In <br />the early writings, Jesus of Nazareth is reffered to as Messiah (Jesus of <br />Nazareth is supposed to have personally refused to be referred as such) or the <br />Son of Man (from Daniel's chapter in the Bible) or Son of God (a traditional <br />title of the kings of the Séleucide kingdom established after Alexander the <br />Great passed away in the 4th century BC; this kingdom used to cover Syria, <br />Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq and probably Koweit. It disappeared in the 1st century BC, <br />when the Romans moved in) It is in the second century AD that the idea of the <br />godly nature of Jesus emerged in some circles. This was a touchy subject since <br />if Jesus is of a godly or divine nature, then several episodes of his life are <br />loosing significance: when he is tempted, sad, happy all humanly feelings of no <br />significance for a God. And, worst of all, he did not suffer when he was put to <br />death on the cross, God could not suffer, hence the whole concept of God coming <br />down to earth to suffer and redeem the sins of human kind was loosing sense. <br /><br/><br/>In 312, Arius preached that Jesus is more human than divine and most of the <br />non-greek and non-roman christians followed him. The Council of Nicée (now <br />Iznik) in 325 decided that Jesus is totally God.<br/><br/>A century later, Nestorius, <br />archbishop of Constantinopolis (now Istambul) preached that Jesus has a human <br />nature and a divine nature. This is still the belief of some christians in Iraq <br />(the nestorian church). Cyrille, Archbishop of Alexandria (Egypt) and the <br />Council of Ephèse (Turkey) in 431 fought against Nestorius insisting that Jesus <br />has only one nature simultaneously human (he suffered) and divine (totally God). <br /><br/><br/>Thus Mary, mother of Jesus, could be called "Théotokos", mother of God. This <br />was an outrage to those who said that God had been existing for ever and thus no <br />woman could be called His mother. Reports suggest that the day when the Council <br />in Ephèse approved the word "Théotokos", crowds fought in the streets of Ephèse <br />and left thousands of deads on the pavement. I believe, today, it would be <br />difficult to find people prepared to merely discuss the issue, let alone fight <br />for it. This insistence to a single nature of Jesus created the "monophysite" <br />church which remains in Egypt (coptics) and Ethiopia. The conclusion of Ephèse <br />were later fine tuned by the Council of Chalcédoine (now Kadikoy, Turkey) in 451 <br />whose conclusions are still today the basis of both the orthodox and catholic <br />churches. The words "mother of God" are still present in prayers that are <br />repeated daily by many christians, but I believe most of them do not pay <br />attention to the problem.<br/><br/>The <b><big><font color='#ff0000'>Trinity <br /></font></big></b><font color='#000000'>is a concept that was progressively <br />elaborated over centuries</font>. You remember from above that Jesus of Nazareth <br />was occasionaly referred to as <b><big><font color='#ff0000'>Son of <br />God</font></big></b> (from a greek tradition of the Séleucide hellenistic <br />kingdom) Jesus himself, when he was talking of God, would refer to Him as <br />"<b><big><font color='#ff0000'>the Father who is in Heaven</font></big></b>" Thus <br />it came naturaly to mind that God, although unique, consist of<big><b><font color='#ff0000'> a father and a son</font></b></big>. <br/><br/>The Council in Nicée (325) <br />introduced the third component: the<font color='#ff0000'><b><big> Holy-Spirit, (or <br />Paraclet </big></b></font>from the greek word for "intercessor) He appears as a <br />go-between or a messenger passing words from the Father to the human-kind. His <br />best known action is when all 12 apostles were together after Jesus death, the <br />Holy-Spirit is supposed to come and visit the apostles and send them to preach <br />christianity all over the world. This is a holy day we call White Sunday or <br />Pentecost. <br/><br/>The Holy-Spirit is generally pictured as a white dove. But there has <br />been a lot of fights about<b><big><font color='#ff0000'> the addition of the <br />Holy-Spirit and thus the invention of the Trinity</font></big></b> and it is <br />finally the reason for the separation between the orthodoxe church (Greece, <br />Russia, most slavic countries and many countries in the Near and Middle-East) <br />and the catholic church in 1054. Orthodox (meaning in greek "the right faith") <br />insist that the Father is the most important of the three, Jesus and the <br />Holy-Spirit derive from the Father. Catholics (meaning in greek "Universal") <br />insist the Holy-Spirit derives from the Father <font color='#ff0000'>and the Son <br />(in latin "filioque")</font>, thus putting the father and the son on the same <br />standing.<br/><br/>I hope you found some answers to your questions in the few lines <br />above. And I hope it was not too boring. Do not hesitate to confront my answer <br />to other people who may have a more expert view on the topic. And let me know <br />their feed back if any.<br/><br/>Let me add that at the beginning of the Bible there <br />is a sentence reading approximately "God created man in His own image" I believe <br />that in Christianity like in many other religions, the sentence should be <br />reversed into "Men created God in his own image". <br/></blockquote><br/>  <span class='newsdeta'><span style='font-size: 12pt;'><span style='font-size: 12pt;'><strong><span style='font-size: 12pt;'/></strong></span></span></span><br/><br/></div> <div style='clear: both;'></div> </div> <div class='post-footer'> <div class='post-footer-line post-footer-line-1'> <span class='post-author vcard'> Posted by <span class='fn' itemprop='author' itemscope='itemscope' itemtype='http://schema.org/Person'> <meta content='https://www.blogger.com/profile/07800692996425418103' itemprop='url'/> <a class='g-profile' href='https://www.blogger.com/profile/07800692996425418103' rel='author' title='author profile'> <span itemprop='name'>Bu Ziyad</span> </a> </span> </span> <span class='post-timestamp'> at <meta content='http://www.q80economics.com/2010/07/christianity.html' itemprop='url'/> <a class='timestamp-link' href='http://www.q80economics.com/2010/07/christianity.html' rel='bookmark' title='permanent link'><abbr class='published' itemprop='datePublished' title='2010-07-28T21:28:00+03:00'>9:28 PM</abbr></a> </span> <span class='reaction-buttons'> </span> <span class='post-comment-link'> <a class='comment-link' href='https://www.blogger.com/comment.g?blogID=38100469&postID=6360936491657101284' onclick=''> No comments: </a> </span> <span class='post-backlinks post-comment-link'> <a class='comment-link' href='http://www.q80economics.com/2010/07/christianity.html#links'>Links to this post</a> </span> <span class='post-icons'> <span class='item-action'> <a href='https://www.blogger.com/email-post.g?blogID=38100469&postID=6360936491657101284' title='Email Post'> <img alt='' class='icon-action' height='13' src='https://resources.blogblog.com/img/icon18_email.gif' width='18'/> </a> </span> <span class='item-control blog-admin pid-867791206'> <a href='https://www.blogger.com/post-edit.g?blogID=38100469&postID=6360936491657101284&from=pencil' title='Edit Post'> <img alt='' class='icon-action' height='18' src='https://resources.blogblog.com/img/icon18_edit_allbkg.gif' width='18'/> </a> </span> </span> <div class='post-share-buttons goog-inline-block'> </div> </div> <div class='post-footer-line post-footer-line-2'> <span class='post-labels'> </span> </div> <div class='post-footer-line post-footer-line-3'> <span class='post-location'> </span> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div></div> <div class="date-outer"> <h2 class='date-header'><span>Thursday, July 01, 2010</span></h2> <div class="date-posts"> <div class='post-outer'> <div class='post hentry uncustomized-post-template' itemprop='blogPost' itemscope='itemscope' itemtype='http://schema.org/BlogPosting'> <meta content='38100469' itemprop='blogId'/> <meta content='7426738332654363936' itemprop='postId'/> <a name='7426738332654363936'></a> <h3 class='post-title entry-title' itemprop='name'> <a href='http://www.q80economics.com/2010/07/story-of-emirates.html'>The Story of Emirates</a> </h3> <div class='post-header'> <div class='post-header-line-1'></div> </div> <div class='post-body entry-content' id='post-body-7426738332654363936' itemprop='description articleBody'> <div xmlns='http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml'><blockquote>It began 25 years ago when Gulf Air, a politically contrived joint venture between Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Oman and Qatar, decided (inexplicably, in retrospect) to cut back its services to Dubai, which was already the region’s transport and trade hub. Dubai’s then ruler, Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum, responded by asking his younger brother, Sheikh Ahmed, to launch a rival airline. With $10m of start-up capital, a couple of leased aeroplanes (a Boeing 737 and an Airbus A300) and two formidable British aviation executives (Maurice Flanagan and Mr Clark), Emirates was born. After losing a little money in its second year of operation, it has made a profit ever since and doubled in size every three or four years.<br/><br/>Wholly owned by Dubai’s sovereign-wealth fund, it is now one of the world’s most powerful airlines, with 138 planes, all wide-bodied, and 140 more, including 50 A380s, on firm order. Some recession-hit rivals have deferred or cancelled orders, but Mr Clark complains that he can’t get his hands on the new aircraft quickly enough. He sees no problems financing them and is negotiating for even more. By around 2020, Emirates expects to have a fleet of more than 400, dwarfing the long-haul capacity of any other airline. From Dubai, it flies to more than 100 destinations in over 60 countries, reaching every continent.</blockquote><br/><a href='http://www.economist.com/node/16271573'>Aviation in the Gulf: Rulers of the new silk road | The Economist</a><br/><br/>Impressive!<br/></div> <div style='clear: both;'></div> </div> <div class='post-footer'> <div class='post-footer-line post-footer-line-1'> <span class='post-author vcard'> Posted by <span class='fn' itemprop='author' itemscope='itemscope' itemtype='http://schema.org/Person'> <meta content='https://www.blogger.com/profile/07800692996425418103' itemprop='url'/> <a class='g-profile' href='https://www.blogger.com/profile/07800692996425418103' rel='author' title='author profile'> <span itemprop='name'>Bu Ziyad</span> </a> </span> </span> <span class='post-timestamp'> at <meta content='http://www.q80economics.com/2010/07/story-of-emirates.html' itemprop='url'/> <a class='timestamp-link' href='http://www.q80economics.com/2010/07/story-of-emirates.html' rel='bookmark' title='permanent link'><abbr class='published' itemprop='datePublished' title='2010-07-01T21:01:00+03:00'>9:01 PM</abbr></a> </span> <span class='reaction-buttons'> </span> <span class='post-comment-link'> <a class='comment-link' href='https://www.blogger.com/comment.g?blogID=38100469&postID=7426738332654363936' onclick=''> No comments: </a> </span> <span class='post-backlinks post-comment-link'> <a class='comment-link' href='http://www.q80economics.com/2010/07/story-of-emirates.html#links'>Links to this post</a> </span> <span class='post-icons'> <span class='item-action'> <a href='https://www.blogger.com/email-post.g?blogID=38100469&postID=7426738332654363936' title='Email Post'> <img alt='' class='icon-action' height='13' src='https://resources.blogblog.com/img/icon18_email.gif' width='18'/> </a> </span> <span class='item-control blog-admin pid-867791206'> <a href='https://www.blogger.com/post-edit.g?blogID=38100469&postID=7426738332654363936&from=pencil' title='Edit Post'> <img alt='' class='icon-action' height='18' src='https://resources.blogblog.com/img/icon18_edit_allbkg.gif' width='18'/> </a> </span> </span> <div class='post-share-buttons goog-inline-block'> </div> </div> <div class='post-footer-line post-footer-line-2'> <span class='post-labels'> </span> </div> <div class='post-footer-line post-footer-line-3'> <span class='post-location'> </span> </div> </div> </div> </div> <div class='post-outer'> <div class='post hentry uncustomized-post-template' itemprop='blogPost' itemscope='itemscope' itemtype='http://schema.org/BlogPosting'> <meta content='38100469' itemprop='blogId'/> <meta content='4724976161692332807' itemprop='postId'/> <a name='4724976161692332807'></a> <h3 class='post-title entry-title' itemprop='name'> <a href='http://www.q80economics.com/2010/07/duba-airport.html'>Duba Airport</a> </h3> <div class='post-header'> <div class='post-header-line-1'></div> </div> <div class='post-body entry-content' id='post-body-4724976161692332807' itemprop='description articleBody'> <div xmlns='http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml'><blockquote>About 42m people a year pass through the airport’s three terminals now, according to Paul Griffiths, Dubai International’s chief executive. The reason we can't make the connection is that, chances are, we are unproductive! In a country that guarantees unproductive government jobs and a private sector that relies mainly on expats to do the real work, it is very hard to really know what it is like to be productive and how much that earns you.<br/><br/>One of the comments, which I thought was interesting, on the above article says:<br/><br/><blockquote>I have several friends raised in very wealthy families who have never found their way in life, because they didn't have to work. I wouldn't mind a very rich kid working in a volunteer capacity, as long as he or she had to show up in a workplace every day and accomplish certain real tasks--but that's the key. The slacking rich kids I know have never had to show up. It's true the money isn't going to be worth much to them; what's $8 an hour if you have millions in a trust fund? The S.L.R. is big and heavy, but it has a huge sensor that collects much light; you can get sharp photos even at twilight. The pocket camera has a tiny sensor that’s blurry in low light, but at least you won’t slip a disk trying to carry it around.”<br/><br/>And for centuries, that’s how it stood. His enthusiastic tour was a fascinating introduction to the regional culture. It<br />would deserve a higher support (and more Kuwaiti visitors). But the premises are narrow and do not allow the<br />spectacular exhibition it would need.<br /></blockquote><br /><br />Before coming to Kuwait for business, my good friend Jacques along with his wife, had asked me for places of interest to visit. I must say I felt dumbfounded. First of all I live here so I am not sure what tourists like to see. And after following all the local politics it seems, thanks to our parliamentarian Taliban squad, everything is forbidden! I thought back to all the trips I made to Paris and all the wonderful historical tours Jacques took me on and I felt embarrassed.<br /><br />After much thought I came up with a list -not very long- that included a trip to Failaka. After a bit of research it turned out you need a special permit and appointment to visit the historical sights there -yes there are historical sights there.<br /><br />So lastly I resorted to Tareq Rajab museum. I called Dr. Ziyad Rajab who I met very long ago and he was more than nice and welcoming. My guests received a very hospitable reception and came out very impressed. I was equally impressed when I read Jacques' email above comparing his visit with that of the Museum of Islamic Art in Doha. Even though I am a big fan of the architecture of I. M. Pie and for sure the Qataris have done a great job, most of the collection actually was bought from a Kuwaiti collector (from Al-Homaithi Family). It is sad to see the lack of support for great art collection and collectors here in Kuwait. Hopefully one day we will have a worthy venue for this national treasure and support for collectors.<br /></div></div> <div style='clear: both;'></div> </div> <div class='post-footer'> <div class='post-footer-line post-footer-line-1'> <span class='post-author vcard'> Posted by <span class='fn' itemprop='author' itemscope='itemscope' itemtype='http://schema.org/Person'> <meta content='https://www.blogger.com/profile/07800692996425418103' itemprop='url'/> <a class='g-profile' href='https://www.blogger.com/profile/07800692996425418103' rel='author' title='author profile'> <span itemprop='name'>Bu Ziyad</span> </a> </span> </span> <span class='post-timestamp'> at <meta content='http://www.q80economics.com/2010/04/tareq-rajab-museum.html' itemprop='url'/> <a class='timestamp-link' href='http://www.q80economics.com/2010/04/tareq-rajab-museum.html' rel='bookmark' title='permanent link'><abbr class='published' itemprop='datePublished' title='2010-04-05T22:18:00+03:00'>10:18 PM</abbr></a> </span> <span class='reaction-buttons'> </span> <span class='post-comment-link'> <a class='comment-link' href='https://www.blogger.com/comment.g?blogID=38100469&postID=9010564717994650926' onclick=''> No comments: </a> </span> <span class='post-backlinks post-comment-link'> <a class='comment-link' href='http://www.q80economics.com/2010/04/tareq-rajab-museum.html#links'>Links to this post</a> </span> <span class='post-icons'> <span class='item-action'> <a href='https://www.blogger.com/email-post.g?blogID=38100469&postID=9010564717994650926' title='Email Post'> <img alt='' class='icon-action' height='13' src='https://resources.blogblog.com/img/icon18_email.gif' width='18'/> </a> </span> <span class='item-control blog-admin pid-867791206'> <a href='https://www.blogger.com/post-edit.g?blogID=38100469&postID=9010564717994650926&from=pencil' title='Edit Post'> <img alt='' class='icon-action' height='18' src='https://resources.blogblog.com/img/icon18_edit_allbkg.gif' width='18'/> </a> </span> </span> <div class='post-share-buttons goog-inline-block'> </div> </div> <div class='post-footer-line post-footer-line-2'> <span class='post-labels'> </span> </div> <div class='post-footer-line post-footer-line-3'> <span class='post-location'> </span> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div></div> <div class="date-outer"> <h2 class='date-header'><span>Tuesday, March 23, 2010</span></h2> <div class="date-posts"> <div class='post-outer'> <div class='post hentry uncustomized-post-template' itemprop='blogPost' itemscope='itemscope' itemtype='http://schema.org/BlogPosting'> <meta content='38100469' itemprop='blogId'/> <meta content='6452879107672381570' itemprop='postId'/> <a name='6452879107672381570'></a> <h3 class='post-title entry-title' itemprop='name'> <a href='http://www.q80economics.com/2010/03/moving-french-open.html'>Moving the French Open</a> </h3> <div class='post-header'> <div class='post-header-line-1'></div> </div> <div class='post-body entry-content' id='post-body-6452879107672381570' itemprop='description articleBody'> <div xmlns='http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml'><blockquote>The French Open could be forced into a "heartbreaking" move away from Paris in the next few years due to problems with the infrastructure at Roland Garros.<br/><br/>Organisers have long considered ways of extending the current stadia but these have stalled because of opposition from the public and environmentalists. </blockquote><br/><a href='http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/tennis/8580652.stm'>BBC Sport - Tennis - French Open could move away from Roland Garros in Paris</a><br/><br/>Interesting to see whether the major tennis tournament ends up relocating due to public and environmental factors.
